Pillow Talk is an inventive way to lessen distance in a long-distance relationship. Created by Scottish designer Joanna Montgomery whose own boyfriend lives over a 1,000 miles away, Pillow Talk works through a pair of wireless sensors placed in the pillow and a pair of rings which communicate their wearers’ heartbeats to each other’s sensors. The result is the experience of the pillow’s soft glow and one’s significant other’s heartbeat as one sleeps. Brilliant.
